 Linda lives in Woodford and has represented Monkhams for the last 10 years. She is a Governor of Woodford County High School and a member of the Woodford Green Amenity Group and South Woodford/Woodford Green Business partnerships. Linda is a local solicitor and keen to protect the unique character of Monkhams and ensure that residents concerns are dealt with by Conservatives who care. A Councillor for Monkhams Ward for 12 years, Jim is a former Deputy Mayor and the  Mayor of Redbridge for the year 2010 -11, elected after the first ever secret ballot by Redbridge Councillors.

As chairman of the Drugs, Alcohol and Domestic Violence working parties and Conservative spokesperson for Health, Jim is dedicated to helping the vulnerable in our Society.

Jim also works to maintain and improve our environment with the scarce resources available to us.

Michael Stark was born at Woodford Wells and has been a local resident most of his life. He was educated at Forest School and London University and has spent his working life in Education.

Since joining the Council in 1993 he has taken a particular interest in planning matters and served for four years as the Cabinet Member for Children's' Services.
